ALDO Technology is a company based in Taichung's Precision Machinery Park, dedicated to atomic layer deposition (ALD) process and material development, as well as system design and manufacturing.
Unlike conventional Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), ALD's self-limiting surface reaction gives it a distinct advantage among thin-film deposition technologies. ALDO Technology provides ALD equipment and materials spanning lab to fab, including precursor recycling and waste handling, delivering an integrated solution for thin-film R&D and production across the broader semiconductor ecosystem (semiconductor, new energy, flexible displays, optical coatings, biomedical, nanotechnology, and more).
By precisely controlling the number of reaction cycles, ALD builds conformal films at atomic-scale thickness, producing large-area, uniform, dense, pinhole-free films even on complex 3D structures with an aspect ratio > 20.

Our materials partners provide equipment-related precursor supply and refill services. We also offer precursor cylinders fitted with level sensors, enabling precise control of process consumption, eliminating supply-shortage risk, and making cylinder swaps and preventive maintenance (PM) downtime easy to plan.
